Letter of possession of the properties entailed to the chapel of Inês Pires, which were vacant after the death of doutor Luís da Veiga, by Tristão Vaz da Veiga, fidalgo da Casa do Rei. Gaspar Borges who owed some of them, refused to give him possession, defending that he also had a right to the chapel.

Sentence considering the motion set by Diogo Soares da Veiga de Avelar e Taveira unproven, since after an auto de vistoria, it was proven that the properties he owned were entailed to the chapel established by Inês Pires, in 1428. They had previously belonged to Tristão Vaz da Veiga, to the countess of Faro, to the duchess of Caminha, to the count of Mira, to the duke of Cadaval and to the father of Diogo Soares da Veiga, João Álvares Soares. Diogo Soares da Veiga de Avelar e Taveira also possessed more properties entailed to other obligations.

Will (extract) by which Inês Pires requests to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, next to her husband, João da Veiga, near the chapel of Salvador. She entails casais in Lisboa with the obligation of a daily mass in that chapel for her and her husband's soul. She appoints Palmades Vasques, her grandson, as administrator, and his successors afterwards.
