Annexation deed by which João de Melo de Carvalho, moço fidalgo da Casa do Rei, in his name and the name of his wife, D. Isabel Maria Freire, buys properties in Torres Novas to entail to the chapel established by Luís Pinto. D. Isabel Maria Freire had inherited the entail from her mother, Luísa Pinto, sister of the institutor, who had been its first administrator.

Sale, quittance, and obligation deed by which Salvador Martins Preto buys properties in Torres Novas to entail to the chapel established by Domingos da Fonseca. These properties had been previously entailed to the chapel established by Luís Pinto, which was administered by João de Melo de Carvalho, desembargador do Desembargo do Rei and procurador dos Resíduos, and his wife, D. Isabel Maria Freire, who now sold them. They had subrogated them for a public debt instrument in the Casa do Pescado da Casa de Bragança.

Sentence confirming the partition of the properties which had belonged to Luísa Pinto between her widower, doutor Francisco de Lemos Freire, their minor daughter, Isabel Maria Freire, and their daughter's husband, João de Melo e Carvalho. Among these properties are the ones entailed to the chapel of Luís Pinto, which was to be administered by Isabel Maria Freire and her husband.
It is mentioned Luísa Pinto had died in 1647-10-06, and had established an entail with an obligation of a daily mass, of which her husband should be the first administrator, and afterwards their daughter.
Contains oath by João de Melo Carvalho and Isabel Maria Freire, dated 1657-11-10; and determinations dated 1657-11-17 regarding the payment of the third part of the deceased.

Will (extract) by which Luís Pinto entails the remaining part of his properties with an obligation of a daily mass for his soul. He appoints his sister, Luísa Pinto, as the entail's first administrator. She shall chose the location of the chapel.
