Codicil by which Isabel Rodrigues, widow of Pedro Eanes, entails the houses where she lives and bequeaths them to her nephew, Estêvão Afonso, corretor de mercadorias, and to his successors afterwards, with the obligation of one anniversary in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, in the day of Nossa Senhora da Conceição. She also bequeaths him her casal da Torre, with an obligation of a weekly mass in the church of Madalena, Lisboa.

Tombo (extract) of the chapel established by Isabel Rodrigues in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, in which it is explained she ordered an anniversary in the day of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, entailed to her houses near the hospital dos Palmeiros. Her successor, Estêvão Afonso, sold these houses and bought a casal in Cascais. Sebastião de Andrade was administrator. Currently the administrator was António de Andrade de Gamboa. The obligations were paid between 1631 and 1671.
