Donation deed by which Isabel Vaz, widow of João Eanes, carpinteiro, gives her nephew, João Esteves, a house in Caparica, to which she entails an obligation of two annual masses for her soul in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. These masses are to be said by the confrades de Santa Maria do Paraíso. She also revokes a previous donation to António Eanes, son of her nephew, made under the same conditions. João Esteves is present and accepts.
