He founded a chapel and designated his wife Maria Mansa to be his last will executor and his universal heir. After her death, it should succeed his nephew Luís de Azevedo Sarafana, padre. He also gave the usufruct of a vineyard located in Alpedrinha to his niece Isabel Dias, which after her death should be inherited by his heirs.
