Will chart by which Martinho Ferreira, Escudeiro da Casa do Rei, and his wife, Violante Lourenço, establish an entail with all their assets, including houses in Lisboa and the farmstead (quinta) of Malapados. After the death of one of them, the spouse who survives should administer it and assure, each year, the preparation of two feasts for 24 poor people, which must happen on Holy Thursday and on Pentecost. They declare that their bodies should be buried in the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1468-05-19 and an opening deed issued on 1469-01-18.
