The sentence declares the entail vacant for the Crown, condemning the defendant, who was neither a descendant of the institutor nor a family member of the last administrator. It orders that the administration be delivered to the plaintiff, during his lifetime, in the form of the denunciation warrant of administration he had. Will chart by which Pedro Afonso Leitão, Cavaleiro da Ordem de Santiago, bequeaths the third part of his assets, including lands in Coruche ("Casal da Figueira"), to his wife, Inês França, with the obligation of supporting the celebration of annual masses for his soul in the chapel of Santa Maria of the church of S.
