Donation deed by which Pedro Carvalho and his wife, Catarina Gil, donated a property ("metade de um lagar de vinho") to the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa, on the condition that the donors and his heirs could use it to make wine without having to pay a fee. The friars of the convent were obligated to celebrate 2 annual masses for the souls of the institutors in perpetuity.
