Contract and bond deed between Teresa Álvares, widow of João Gonçalves Cavaleiro, and the prior and attorney of the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa, by which she entailed a property ("casal") in Rana, outskirts of Cascais, to the chapel she and her late husband had established in that convent. The friars of that convent were obligated to support the celebration of 6 annual masses for the souls of the institutors over their graves. That property could never be sold or exchanged for other. Contains a copy of a licence issued on 1491-07-30 and a confirmation letter issued on 1496-05-12.
