Contains a copy of a letter of attorney. It is referred that Teresa Nogueira died on 1427-11-19.

Its revenues must be employed to sustain a chaplain who should celebrate annual masses in the chapel of Fernando Álvares, located at the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. The testator's remains should be buried in that chapel.
