Declaration

Declaration by which Rodrigo Rebelo swears he possesses the olive grove entailed to the chapel established by Gonçalo Afonso, his uncle, of which he took possession after the death of his father, bacharel Fernando Álvares de Rebelo, who was administrator until September 1502 and had fulfilled all of its obligations. He had also presented the chaplain of his chapel, who also prayed the masses of the chapel of Vasco Eanes and his wife, Beatriz Gonçalves, Rodrigo Rebelo's great-uncle and aunt.

Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Manuel Pereira allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Pedro Mendes, after denouncing its vacancy due to the death of Diogo Pedrosa Rebelo and unlawful administration by Manuel Francisco Rebelo de Figueiredo. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Tombo by which Rodrigo Rebelo lists the properties which belong to the entail of Vasco Eanes, his great-uncle, and Beatriz Gonçalves, his wife. He inherited it from his father, bacharel Fernando Álvares Rebelo, deceased, who had administered it until September 1502.

Will

Will by which Vasco Eanes, escudeiro do Rei and recebedor da siza do trigo de Lisboa, expresses his wish to be buried in the cathedral of Lisboa, near his brother, Gonçalo Afonso. He appoints his nephew, the bacharel Fernando Álvares, as his heir and executor, with the obligation that he shall entail the properties in his third part and order six masses for his and his wive's soul in the altar of Santa Maria, the nearest to his burial place. This obligation shall pass to his descendants, afterwards.
