Denunciation warrant of administration given to António da Costa Machado, allowing him to denounce the vacancy of the chapels founded by Grimaneza Forjaz and Maria Forjaz in the convent of São Domingos of Lisboa, which were unlawfully administrated by Maria de Morais.

Dowry deed by which João Afonso de Beja, Vedor da Casa do Infante D. Luís, and his wife, Lucrécia Forjaz, donate 3 000 cruzados de ouro to her daughter, Luísa Forjaz, enabling her marriage with Pedro Vaz, Doutor Pedro Vaz's son.
