Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Isabel de Oliveira allowing her to judicially demand the administration of the chapel founded by D. Maria Castelão in the monastery of São Francisco de Xabregas, in Lisbon, after denouncing it vacant due to the death of Francisco de Castro, last administrator. She would only receive the administration of the chapel during her lifetime with the condition of presenting this warrant and a sentence before the Desembargo do Paço, proving that the chapel was vacant to the Crown.

Will (extract) by which Maria Castelão expresses her wish to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa, in the tomb of her father, Jerónimo Vieira. She entails her third part and appoints her future child as her universal heir, with an obligation of a daily mass in her burial place and five weekly masses and a divine office in the Misericórdia of Setúbal. If her future child doesn't survive, she appoints her husband, Filipe Vieira, in his or her place. After his death, the entail shall pass to their closest relatives.
