Acórdão that partially revokes the previous sentence from Desembargador Conservador dos Moedeiros, declaring that if after the exectution of D. Custódia da Rocha's estate there is some payment to the chapel of Beatriz de Freitas, the defendant will be forced to pay the amount requested in the libel or to relinquish the farmhouse.

Court sentence absolving the defendant from relinquish the farmhouse (quinta) of Banda de Além, in Rossio da Mora, to D. Joana Coutinho, plaintiff and administrator of the chapel of Beatriz de Freitas. It is proven that the farmhouse, subrogated for some houses, is free from the mortgage of 408.000 réis and belongs to the defendant.

Deed of sale

Deed of sale by which Miguel Rodrigues da Fonseca, husband of Margarida da Maia, bought some houses located in Lisboa and incorporated them into Beatriz de Freitas' chapel. He bought these houses using the public debt instrument left by the institutor, Beatriz de Freitas, wife of the late Álvaro da Rocha. Miguel Rodrigues da Fonseca mortgage his farm called "Banda de Além" in order to finish the payment of the houses.

Will (extract) by which Beatriz de Freitas established an entail, appointing her niece Margarida da Maia to be its first administrator. She was due to order the celebration of masses in the Convent of São Francisco de Xabregas and could nominate whomever she wanted to succeed after her death. This entail is composed of a public debt instrument of 50 000 réis in Casa das Carnes. This entail was later incorporated with the entail administered by Brígida da Guarda.
