Declaration deed of Catarina Gomes Raposo changing some clauses of her previous will, namely that one regarding her burial. The testator decides now to be buried in the church of Nossa Senhora of Porto de Mós. She also changes the place of the masses celebration to the chapel taken by her son-in-law, D. Gil Eanes da Costa, in the monastery of S. Francisco of Lisboa.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of João Saldanha da Gama allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Catarina Gomes Raposo after denouncing its vacancy and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.
