Termo de juramento by which Luís de Paiva Giralte, administrator of the chapel established by António de Paiva Giralte, his father, declares that he possesses the properties belonging to António Giralte, deceased, who was the heir of his father, and that these properties had been divided between his seven children. He also declares that there had been disputes about these possessions with their stepmother and that there had been a sentence which revoked the daily mass the institutor had previously established.

Will (extract) by which António de Paiva Giralte establishes that António de Paiva must always order twelve annual masses over the tomb of his parents, for his and their souls.

Will (extract) by which António de Paiva Giralte orders that his assets should be used to buy properties that should give enough revenue for an obligation of a daily mass and two annual masses in the convent of S. Francisco de Lisboa, where his parents are buried. This shall be done in a way that this obligation is always secure.
