Confirmation warrant to Gaspar de Teives of the consent and donation deed by his brothers, Baltasar de Teives and António de Teives, notwithstanding the latter's minority. The king also allows Manuel de Teives, another minor brother, absent in Paris, to renounce and donate his third part of his reserved portion if he wishes.

Consent and donation deed by Baltasar de Teives and António de Teives of the third part of their reserved portions to their father, Diogo de Teives, to entail them, approving this entail foundation. Their older brother, Gaspar de Teives, gave his approval to the consent and donation deed.

Entail foundation deed by Diogo de Teives, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, entailing all his available portion, his wife's available portion, the third part of the reserved portions of his sons, Baltasar de Teives and António de Teives, and all the reserved portion of his other son, Gaspar de Teives, which consist of properties in Ribeira Brava. Gaspar de Teives, appointed as successor, gave his approval to the entail foundation. He would also have to order daily masses in the church of the convent of S. Francisco of Funchal.

The public notary, Sebastião Álvares, gave his approval to the revocation and declaration deed, on behalf of Gaspar de Teives, absent.
