Acórdão em relação judging a civil process between Diogo Mendes, plaintiff, assisted by the procurador da Coroa, against D. Maria da Costa, defendant, due to the administration of the chapel instituted by Diogo Garcia and Guiomar Feio, in São Vicente de Fora.
The sentence condemns the defendant to leave the administration of the chapel because he is not a descendant of the founders. It declares the chapel vacant for the Crown and orders it to be handed over to the author, who had a denunciation warrant of administration.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Diogo Mendes allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded in 1553 by Diogo Garcia in the monastery of São Vicente de Fora, after denouncing it vacant and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Will of Diogo Garcia in which he entails, together with Guiomar Feio, his wife, some houses, located next to the old pillory, in Portagem, in Lisbon, to celebrate masses in the monastery of São Vicente de Fora, in Lisbon. They appointed Joana Soares, daughter of Guiomar Feio, as administrator. Her eldest daughter should succeed in this entail and if she died without children, it should be appointed Guiomar Feio, his wife's granddaughter.
