Acórdão em relação, judging a civil process between Manuel do Canto Velho, plaintiff, assisted by the procurador da Coroa, against Cristóvão Landim da Gama, defendant, about the administration of the chapel instituted by Paula de Ataíde. António de Lemos de Figueiredo was opponent.
The sentence judges the chapel as a vacancy for the Crown, condemning the defendant to leave the administration to the plaintiff. Orders the chapel to be registered at the Torre do Tombo and at the Juízo das Capelas da Coroa. The plaintiff, with the sentence, should apply for the respective administration letter.

Grace warrant of administration

Grace warrant of administration on behalf of D. Luísa de Figueiredo de Castelo Branco appointing her to the administration of the chapel founded by Paula de Ataíde, supplying, following a petition of the petitioner, the absence of the necessary procedures to legitimately administer the chapel by death of her father, Manuel do Canto Velho. The latter received the administration of the chapel of the Crown and the right to appoint a second life for it.

Will chart

Will chart by which D. Paula de Ataíde wanted to be buried in the church of Santa Maria de Estremoz. She entails the third part of her assets, which included the "herdade da Amieira",in order to fulfil the pious charges. She designated her son Duarte de Ataíde to be its first administrator. The administrator could nominate any son or grandson he wanted to succeed him and, afterwards, it should always succeed the eldest son oh his decendents.
