Acórdão

Acórdão judging a civil deed between the procurador da Coroa, plaintiff, and Miguel de Cabedo de Vasconcelos, defendant, administrator of the chapel of Esteva Lourenço.
The sentence acquits the defendant, as he is a legitimate descendant of the institutor. It is ordered that the chapel be crossed out from the list of the Capelas da Coroa and that the administrator make a tombo of the assets, including the institution and the sentence. It is also ordered to be registered at Torre do Tombo, at the Provedoria and at the church.
Judgment given by desembargador Tomé Pinheiro da Veiga, juiz dos tombos, averiguação e manifestações das Capelas da Coroa, in the name of Filipe III, and signed by Pedro Lamirante, escrivão dos Feitos da Coroa.

Administration letter of the chapel founded by Esteva Lourenço, in Santa Maria of Setúbal, given to Diogo Pires, her great-grandson, at his request, after the death of the previous administrator, Luís Martins, since he is the institutor's nearest relative, although he isn't a cleric, as specified in the foundation.

Certificate of an exemplification of a will issued at the request of doutor Jorge de Cabedo de Vasconcelos, containing an exemplification of a will of Esteva Lourenço in which she founded a chapel in the Church of Santa Maria de Setúbal, of which he was the administrator.

Tombo of the chapel instituted by Esteva Lourenço, in the church of Santa Maria de Setúbal, administered by Miguel de Cabedo de Vasconcelos, ordered by doutor Tomé Pinheiro da Veiga, desembargador dos agravos e apelações na Casa da Suplicação and juiz dos tombos, averiguação e manifestações das Capelas, Hospitais e Confrarias da Coroa.
Although it did not belong to the Crown, he had ordered the registration of the chapel at Torre do Tombo.
Composed by a certificate with an exemplification of a will of the institutor, a tombo, and an acórdão, ordering the tombo.

Will

Will of Esteva Lourenço founding a chapel, to which she entails assets located in and around Setúbal. She designates Luís Esteves, her great-nephew, son of Esteva Lourenço, her niece, as chaplain and administrator, under the condition that he becomes and remains a clergyman. She establishes that the next administrator must be from her lineage and also a a clergyman; but during his minority, the entail should be administrated by the closest relative until he reaches the age of majority.
