Contract and bond deed by which Francisco da Fonseca and his wife Maria Salvado, the institutor's daughter, contracted with the priests of the Church of São Tomé to build a chapel following the institutor's will. They should be its first administrators and their heirs should succeed in this entail. If they did not nominate one of the children, it should succeed the eldest son, or daughter. This entail is composed of a farm in Vale Escuro, with its houses, and fruit trees located on the outskirts of Lisboa.

The remaining part of his third should be used to endow his daughter to marry Francisco da Fonseca. This entail is composed of a farm and an olive grove located in Lisboa.

Will (extract) by which Francisco da Fonseca declared that he wanted to incorporate some houses where he lived into António Lopes' entail after his wife Feliciana de Azevedo's death, and he ordered that this chapel should be administrated by his nephew Manuel da Fonseca. He also incorporated two more olive groves located in Vale Escuro into this entail.
