Certificate issued by priest Nicolau Antunes, prior of the church of Santiago of Monsaraz, acknowledging the declarations regarding the fulfillment of the charges of the Teresa do Porto's chapel, in the years 1592 to 1599.
Follows other certificates of the same content, issued by the same priest, for the years 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1609, 1613, 1615, 1616 and 1617. Added to that are others, of the same content, issued by Father Baltasar Lopes Painho and other clerics, relating to the years 1618 and 1619.

Certificate issued by priest João Sardinha Mimoso, prior of the church of Santiago of Monsaraz, stating that they received 30 bushels of wheat annually, for the years 1621 and 1622, to celebrate the charges of the Teresa do Porto's chapel, of which he was administrator Manuel de Lemos.
Other documents follow, proving the fulfillment of charges dating from the years 1624, 1625 and 1626.
