Will chart of Bento Pacheco da Mota, capitão and sargento-mor of Ribeira Grande, bequeathing his available portion to his son, Paulo Pacheco, with the pious obligation of a perpetual chapel, half of it for his soul and the other half for his wife's, Maria da Rocha, soul. He also bequeaths to his daughter, Isabel de São João, professa in the monastery of Santo André of Vila Franca do Campo, 13 alqueires and a half of land, bequeathed to him by his aunt, Isabel Correia, with the pious obligation of half of a chapel. He bequeaths these alqueires to his daughter with the pious obligation a chapel of masses, half of it for the soul of his aunt, the first institutor, and the other half for his soul. After the death of her daughter, the 13 alqueires and a half of land will return to his available portion's successor.

Will chart of Isabel Correia bequeathing 13 alqueires of land to her nephew, capitão Bento Pacheco da Mota, with the pious obligation of a half of a chapel of prayed masses, per year, for her soul, in the church of Nossa Senhora da Estrela. Capitão Bento Pacheco da Mota can appoint one of his offsprings as his successor and, after him or her, the land will be transmitted by bloodline. She also bequeaths some houses to Joana Tavares, her niece, with the pious obligation of three perpetual prayed masses, in Christmas day. Her niece can do whatever she wants with the houses.
