Administration letter on behalf of D. Francisco Luís de Lencastre giving him the administration of the chapel founded by Isabel de Lencastre, duquesa of Caminha, in the convent of Santa Ana in Leiria.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of D. Francisco Luís de Lencastre allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Isabel de Lencastre, duquesa of Caminha, in the convent of Santa Ana in Leiria, after denouncing it vacant and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of the conde de Figueiró allowing him to judicially demand at his own expenses the administration of the chapel founded by Isabel de Lencastre, duquesa de Caminha, in the convent of Santana, in Leiria, after denouncing its vacancy. He would only receive the administration of the chapel during his lifetime with the condition of presenting this warrant and a sentence before the Desembargo do Paço, proving that the chapel was vacant to the Crown.

Will by which the Duquesa D. Isabel de Lencastre left the third part of her assets to the Duquesa, determining that, after her death, it should be delivered to the convent of Santa Ana of Leiria, where she would establish a chapel. The nuns of that convent had to celebrate one or two perpetual daily masses for her soul and for the souls of her relatives, depending on what was the value of the income she left them. She designated the Provincial da Ordem de S. Domingos, the vicar and the prioress of the convent of Santa Ana to administrate her chapel. The testator declared that her body had to be buried in a shallow grave in that convent. Followed by a declaration deed issued on 1615-04-30.

Will chart by which the Duquesa D. Isabel de Lencastre left half of the third part of her assets to her niece, D. Madalena, with the obligation of marrying D. Pedro, the testator's nephew. If they did not left offspring, those assets would be inherited by D. Francisco de Lencastre, her cousin, who would inherit her comenda. She left pensions to various persons, determining that, after their deaths, they should be incorporated in her chapel. She ordered the celebration of 3 perpetual daily masses for her soul in the convent of S. Ana of Leiria, and declared that her body had to be buried in the chapel established by her mother, D. Beatriz, Duquesa de Bragança. The institutor gave a public debt instrument to that convent, which would provide for 3 nuns every year. Followed by a declaration deed issued on 1626-05-20.
