The sentence judges the motions as proven, proving that the appellant was a legitimate descendant of Maria da Paz, who, previously, had been judged as the legitimate administrator of the chapel. The appellant had to maintain the administration and the sequestration of the chapel's assets should be lifted.

Contrariedade (extract) to the libel of of accusation presented by Diogo de Andrade, in a civil process between Simão Álvares, author, against Maria Boução, defendant.
It states that the opponent was the son of Justa Dias, who was the legitimate daughter of Catarina Eanes (sister of Pedro Eanes Boução) and Diogo Gonçalves. Catarina Eanes, the opponent's grandmother, was the daughter of João Álvares Boução, who, being a clergyman, administer the chapel, and legitimized her, as did Pedro Eanes Boução, his great-uncle, who had taken the chapel without being a mass cleric. Pedro Eanes, had administered the chapel until his death, being succeeded by João Dias, clergyman, his opponent's uncle.
That the chapel had never been administered by women, but only by men, and, according to the institution, should walk, on the right line, in the closest relative of the institutor, who was a cleric.

It states that the opponent was the son of Isabel Dias and Gomes Fernandes, being the maternal grandson of Catarina Eanes and Diogo Gonçalves.
That the chapel established by João Boução had always been administered by men, and not women, since, according to the institution, he should walk in the closest relative of the institute, who was clergyman.

Contrariedade (extract) to the libel of of accusation presented by Maria Boução, defendant, in a civil process against Simão Álvares, author.
It is said that the defendant was the granddaughter of Catarina Eanes, sister of Pedro Eanes Boução, and Diogo Gonçalves. Likewise, she was the daughter of João Dias, a clergyman, nephew of Pedro Eanes Boução, who had inherited the administration of the chapel.
She had been legitimized by her father, so she was the legitimate administrator of the chapel.

Court sentence of corregedor, judging a civil process between Catrina Dias, plaintiff, against Lopo de Araújo and Maria Boução, his wife, defendants.
The sentence states that the author was the daughter of Catarina Eanes, who was the daughter of João Álvares Boução, clergyman, and therefore unable to receive the administration of the chapel.
Also taking into account the previous sentences, the sentence absolves the defendants, condemning the plaintiff and the opponent at the expense of the process.
There follows another three sentences, confirming the previous.

The sentence states that the author had not proved to be the son of João Álvares Boução, that the defendant had proved to be a legitimate daughter of João Dias and that the institution, referring to the institute's closest relative, would not exclude women from the administration.
Absolve the defendant, condemning the plaintiff and opponents at the expense of the lawsuit.
There follows another sentence contrary to the first and a warrant that confirms the first, to the detriment of the second.

Libel of accusation (extract) presented in a civil process between Simão Álvares, author, against Maria Boução, defendant.
It states that João Boução had instituted a chapel at the altar of São Vicente, in the church of Santa Maria de Celorico da Beira, with certain charges for masses, and assets entailed to its fulfillment, ordering the administrator to be his closest relative, except that, if any relative were cleric, he should be the administrator.
That Álvaro Eanes Boução and Catarina Fernandes, were Simão Álvares' parents, being the first brother of Pedro Eanes Boução, who had the administration of the chapel, the author's uncle.
That after the death of Pedro Eanes Boução, João Dias illegitimately appropriated the administration of the chapel, claiming to be the nephew of Pedro Eanes Boução (son of Catarina Eanes, his sister), when it would legitimately belong to the author. By the death of Pedro Eanes, Maria Boução defendant, had succeeded, who, likewise, was an illegitimate administrator.

Libel of accusation (extract) presented in a civil process between Catarina Dias, plaintiff, against Lopo de Araújo and Maria Boução, his wife, defendants, being opponent Diogo Gonçalves, cleric.
It states that João Boução, a resident of Celorico da Beira, had entailed certain assets to fulfill the charges he had ordered in the chapel he had instituted. He had ordered his administration to fall to his closest relative, with the proviso that if any relative were a cleric, should be the administrator.
That Pedro Eanes Boução had been the administrator of the chapel and succeeded João Dias, his nephew, cleric.
That Maria Boução, defendant, was the daughter of João Dias, but, being her father a cleric, she could not be a legitimate administrator of the chapel.
