Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Manuel Ribeiro Botelho allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Francisco Beliago, after denouncing it vacant against an unlawful administrator and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Petition by which the friars and prior of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa protest against the fact that Manuel Ribeiro Botelho was allowed to denounce the vacancy of Ana Beliago and Francisco Beliago's chapel and the convent was not granted license to obtain the farmstead (quinta) of Rocio da Amora, which Francisco had left them through his will. Followed by a dispatch issued on 1629-06-19.

Petition by which the prior and friars of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa ask to be given the farmstead (quinta) of Rocio da Amora, which Francisco Beliago Carneiro had left them through his will, under the condition that they would celebrate masses for his soul and that of his niece.
Followed by a dispatch issued on 1629-05-23; a reply to the petition written by Tomé Pinheiro da Veiga, Procurador da Coroa, declaring that Manuel Ribeiro Botelho, escrivão dos Armazéns, had already denounced the chapel's vacancy, in 1629-05-29, and another dispatch issued on 1629-06-02.

Followed by a dispatch and a certificate containing a copy of the extract of that royal order, both of which were issued on 1629-11-25.

Will by which Ana Beliago, António de Azevedo's widow, bequeaths to her uncle and heir, Francisco Beliago Carneiro, a farmstead (quinta) located in Rocio da Amora, with the obligation of celebrating one daily mass in the church of Nossa Senhora do Monte Sião of Amora. If the priest of that church was not able to fulfil that charge, the pious obligation should be transferred to the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. Ana Beliago declares that her remains should be buried in the church of that convent. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1625-11-01.

Will chart by which Francisco Beliago Carneiro, Cavaleiro Fidalgo da Casa do Rei, bequeaths his farmstead (quinta) of Rocio da Amora, in the ourtskirts of Almada, which he had inherited from his niece, Ana Beliago, to the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, with the obligation of celebrating annual masses for Francisco and Ana's souls. He declares that his remains should be buried in the church of that convent , and orders that Ana's bones must be interred in his grave. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1626-10-15 and an opening deed issued on 1626-10-16.
