Acórdão em relação, judging a civil process between Fernando Pereira de Castro, plaintiff, assisted by the procurador da Coroa, against Lopo de Alpoim, defendant, on the denunciation of the administration of the chapel established by Diogo da Fonseca.
The sentence declares the chapel vacant for the Crown, as the defendant's legitimacy cannot be proved, and must be administered by the plaintiff during his lifetime.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Fernando Pereira de Castro, son of doutor Gabriel Pereira de Castro, desembargador e corregedor do Crime da Corte allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Diogo da Fonseca, after denouncing its vacancy and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Grace warrant of administration to Joana de Sousa on behalf of her nephew, Luís Gonçalves de Sousa, giving him the administration of the chapel founded by Diogo da Fonseca in the monastery of Santo Agostinho, which was vacant due to the death of Fernando Pereira, son of D. Joana de Sousa and last administrator. Fernando Pereira received a royal grace permitting him to appointing his son, Manuel Pereira de Castro, to succeed him on the administration, but, as he died in India, this grace was transferred to Luís Gonçalves de Sousa appointed successor by D. Joana de Sousa on her will.

Will chart of Diogo da Fonseca founding an entail and annexing it to the old entail that he already had founded. He appoints his son Francisco to be its administrator. He had also established a chapel in the monastery of Santa Maria da Graça, of the order of Santo Agostinho. In case of extinction of the order, it would be administered by the councilors of the Lisbon municipality, who would choose an administrator with a 10-year term.

Will (extract) by which Diogo da Fonseca established an entail, appointing his wife Isabel Botelho to be its first administrator. She was due to order the celebration of masses in the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça, in Lisboa. This entail is composed of a farm located in Portela, Lisboa.
