Isabel, during the life of Aires Gomes da Silva, her husband. This, because Aires Gomes, the institutor's son, had lost the chapel and all his possessions for having supported the infante D. Pedro in the battle of Alfarrobeira. But after his death, D. Beatriz should leave the administration to D. Isabel, her daughter.
