Court sentence (transcription) that judges a litigation between D. Fernando Forjaz Pimentel de Meneses e Silva and D. Vicência Henriques, condes da Feira and plaintiffs, and Inácia de Meneses and D. Henrique Henriques, defendants, about the ownership of the property of Silveirinhas, in Olivença, which the plaintiffs claim as belonging to the entail of João Meneses Soutomaior, because it is located in the middle of their farmstead of "Vallosevadal". It absolves the defendants from the requested by the plaintiffs and judges the property of Silveirinhas as belonging to the entail of D. Maria de Vilhena.

Donation and resignation deed by which D. Pedro, in his name and on behalf of his wife, D. Inês Soutomaior, D. António, D. Jorge and D. Diogo de Meneses, sons of D. João de Meneses, allow their father to donate as a dowry to their sister, D. Joana, their reserved portions and parts in the assets located in Olivença and Cucena, which they had inherited from their late mother, D. Margarida da Silva.

Dowry deed by which D. João de Meneses Soutomaior, conde de Cantanhede, and D. Diogo Forjaz Pereira, conde da Feira, establish the dowry of their respective daughter and son, D. Joana da Silva and D. Manuel Pereira, who were to marry each other.
D. João de Meneses gives them his assets in Olivença and his farmstead of Cucena, Almada, as an entail. The entail shall also include the legitimes which belonged to D. Joana's siblings, who authorized this donation. The entail shall always be owned by the possessor of the entail of Castelo da Feira, which belongs to the Crown, but shall not be annexed to it. D. João de Meneses Soutomaior, as attorney-in-fact of his daughter, accepted this foundation and annexed her reserved portion to this entail.
D. Diogo Forjaz Pereira, in his name and on behalf of his wife, D. Ana de Meneses, and of their son, D. Manuel Pereira, accepts this entail's foundation and promises to fullfil its clauses. He donates to the nubents their land of Pereira de Jusã, which shall also always be possessed by the owner of the entail of Castelo da Feira, but not annexed to the entail.

Pedro de Meneses Soutomaior, his son, and D. Inês Soutomaior, his wife, who agreed to marry D. Manuel Pereira to D. Joana da Silva, authorizing the foundation of an entail with the dowry given to D. Manuel Pereira and suppressing the minor age of D. Manuel Pereira and D. Joana, to consent in this foundation, and D. Pedro and D. Inês, to resign to D. Pedro's reserved portion. The king also orders the reduction to a half of the reserved portions of the second offspring of D. Manuel and D. Joana, so a half can be annexed to the entail.
