Catarina de Távora, with the income since the contested lawsuit. The lands were leased, according to the plaintiff's argument, or exchanged, according to the defendant's argument, by D. Catarina de Távora, institutor, to the defendant's mother, after the death of Lourenço Pires de Távora. Besides forbiding the estate's lease, the foundation deed forbids D. Catarina de Távora of exchange properties without Lourenço Pires de Távora's permission. It is also forbidden to exchange entailed properties without the king's licence.
