Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of João Carlos de Oliveira allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by João de Sousa, after denouncing its vacancy and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Entail foundation deed by which João de Sousa instituted a chapel, invoking São Sebastião, in the monastery of São Francisco of Santarém. He entails assets to fulfill the charges, determining that the first administrator should be appointed among one of its sons or daughters. From there on the succession shall continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir.
