Acquisition letter by which Pedro João, mercador de courama, bought houses in Lisboa from Isabel da Silva, Aires de Saldanha de Albuquerque's widow, for 120 000 réis. He intended to incorporate those assets in the entail established by his first wife, Luísa Lopes. Contains copies of a letter of attorney and two dowry deeds.

Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Afonso Navarro allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Luísa Lopes, after denouncing its vacancy and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Will (extract) by which Luísa Lopes bequeathed the third part of her assets, including houses, an orchard and vineyards in Aljubarrota, to her daughter, Maria, with the obligation of celebrating, each year, 19 masses for her soul in the chapel of Fiéis de Deus of the church of S. Pedro of Alfama, where her body would be buried. If Maria died without marrying, those assets would be transmitted to her brothers, Manuel and Simão.
