Tenure warrant to D. Fernando Neto da Silva Pacheco e Abreu and his wife D. Manuela de Gusmão Anaya e Toledo, Condessa de Alva de Seltis e Marquesa de Serralvo in Castela, allowing them to lease entailed properties on the district of Évora, entailed to the chapel of João Rodrigues do Pao and Rui Dias do Pao, his son, in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa.

Will (extract) by which Beatriz Eanes asks to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where her father-in-law, Rui Dias do Pao, is buried. She establishes an entail with her part of the herdade do Bussalfão, Évora, which shall be inherited by her husband, João Rodrigues do Pao, and, after his death, by their eldest son, Rui Dias. If he dies without descendants, it shall be inherited by one of their other sons, João Rodrigues or Diogo Afonso.

Will (extract) by which João Rodrigues do Pao entails his half of the herdade do Bussalfão in Évora, appointing Rui Dias, his eldest son, as his heir, with the obligation of an annual mass over his tomb, and other masses for his parents' souls and the souls of João Rodrigues, his son, and Diogo Afonso, in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. He also appoints his daughter, Inês Álvares, as heir of his houses in Santo Espírito da Pedreira, which had an obligation of 30 masses in the same convent for the soul of his brother, Álvaro Rodrigues.

Will (extract) by which Rui Dias do Pao, son of João Rodrigues do Pao and of Beatriz Eanes, requests to be buried near his father, in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, and adds to their entail an obligation of two annual masses, under the same conditions as expressed in his parents' wills.
Followed by a note informing that these properties were subrogated in the 18th century for other properties in Guarda.
