Chapel foundation deed by which Estêvão Ferreira da Gama, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, and D. Mécia Pereira, his wife, entail their properties in Lisboa, Sintra, Cascais, Torres Vedras, Lourinhã, Atouguia and Óbidos.
