The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Execution deed by which João Lopes Leal, tutor of the minor Manuel, successor of Manuel Mendes Lisboa's entail, declared that Simão da Costa Ribeira unduly possessed the proprieties entailed to this chapel. João Lopes Leal required that Manuel, son of Manuel Soares de Morim and Maria da Veiga, granddaughter of Quitéria Nunes, could take possession over the proprieties. In the mean time Ana Maria was judicially appointed to be the administrator of this chapel.

She was due to order the celebration of masses in the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça, in Lisboa, and to marry an orphan daughter of a merchant. This entail is composed of houses located in Lisboa.
