Her nephew Francisco de Aguiar will have a farm in Portela under the condition of ordering the celebration of masses in the chapel; her niece Guiomar Dias will have the farm of Vale de Alcaide under the same condition; and António, son of Guiomar, will have a "casal" under the same conditions. The three entailed properties will be transmitted in the generation of each administrator. The money that her late husband António de Aguiar has in the Casa da Índia will be applied to the improvement and repairs in the chapel.
