Consent deed by which Maria dos Anjos, formerly known as D. Margarida da Silva, nun in Santa Clara de Santarém, consents that her brother, Nuno Álvares Pereira, should transmit the entail made with their mother's properties to their elder brother, António Pereira, following the rules established in the foundation deed. They also agree to employ the first two years of the entail's rents in obligations for their mother's soul.

António Pereira, represented by an attorney, also accepts this entail and its conditions.

Letter of attorney by which António Pereira and his wife, Catarina de Meneses, appoint João Fernandes as their attorney, to accept the conditions of the entail founded by his mother and siblings, which António Pereira will inherit, and promise to fulfil its conditions and to annex their properties to it. Catarina will have the usufruct of their acquired assets after her husband's death, which she will have to annex to the entail at the time of her own death. António Pereira bequeaths his brother, Nuno Álvares Pereira, their mother's properties in Castille, and makes payments to his sisters in compensation for the loss of their legitimes.

Letter of attorney by which Nuno Álvares Pereira appoints Gonçalo Vieira as his attorney, granting him permission to acquire his sisters' reserved portions to found an entail.
