Will chart by which Afonso Eanes Vendeiro established an entail with all his properties in Montemor-o-Novo, determining that its revenues had to support the celebration of annual masses for his soul in the church of Santa Maria do Bispo, where his body would be buried. He appoints his illegitimate son, Sebastião, to be the entail's first administrator and chaplain, if he studied to become a priest. If his son died without leaving descendants, he would be succeeded by Manuel Lopes Vendeiro, the institutor's cousin, and his offspring.
