Dowry deed by which the licenciado Afonso Pires Loureiro, vigário na igreja de Nossa Senhora de Freixianda, Ourém, donates all of his properties as an entail to his legitimized son, Sebastião de Loureiro, on the occasion of his marriage to Maria Leite, daughter of his nephew, André de Loureiro and of Leonarda Leite. André de Loureiro, will be the administrator of the entail during their minority. He is present and accepts in his daughter's name. The tabelião accepts in the name of Sebastião de Loureiro.

Tombo of the entail founded by Afonso Pires Loureiro titled “Livro da instituição do morguado que fiquou per morte do Licenciado Afonso Pires Loureiro vigario que foi da freguezia de Nossa Senhora das Frexiandas termo da villa de Ourem, em que estão escritos todos seus beens dos quais forão primeiros herdeiros Maria Leite filha de seu sobrinho Andre de Loureiro morador na villa da Batalha e Sebastiam de Loureiro filho legitimado do dito defunto que ambos cazarão com dispensação de Sua Santidade na forma de seu testamento e dote que adiante se segue cuja ordem e succeção se comprira pello tempo em diente pera sempre”. It was started by order of André de Loureiro, nephew of the institutor and administrator of his entail, who signed a note in the end, dated 1617-11-20.

Will by which the licenciado Afonso Pires Loureiro expresses his wish to be buried in the church of Nossa Senhora de Freixianda of Ourém, where he had been vigário. He establishes a chapel of the invocation of Nossa Senhora da Natividade, in the place of Suimo, to which he entails his properties. He designates Maria Leite, daughter of his nephew André de Loureiro, and his legitimized son, Sebastião, who was to marry her, as his universal heirs and first administrators of his entail. André de Loureiro would administer the chapel until they reached majority. He revokes a previous will he had made in 1612-08-18.
