Will chart by which Jerónimo Vieira da Maia and his wife Isabel wanted to be buried in the convent of Santo António Extramuros, in Évora. The couple bequest all their assets to each other, after the legacies have been fulfilled. After the death of Jerónimo Vieira da Maia, the assets of D. Isabel should be entailed to a chapel, for the fulfillment of the pious charges in the church of São Mamede of Évora and should be administrated by her nephew Pedro Simões and by his eldest son afterwards. After the death of D. Isabel, half of the assets of Jerónimo Vieira da Maia, valued at 35 000 réis, should be entailed to the chapel in the church of São Mamede of Évora, and should be administrated by Águeda, daughter of Sebastião Fernandes and Isabel Mendes, "criada" , and then by her eldest son.
