Acórdão em relação, judging a civil process between José Barreto Valdevinos de Vasconcelos, plaintiff, against the provedor and brothers of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Évora, defendants, on the administration of the chapels instituted by Belchior Barreto, Fernando Barreto, Diogo Pires and Gaspar Barreto Cabral.
The sentence judges the four chapels as vacant for the Crown, and the plaintiff cannot prove to be a descendant of any of the institutors. It acquits the defendants and orders the chapels to be registered at the Torre do Tombo and the Juízo das Capelas da Coroa.

Grace warrant addressed to the guardião and friars of the convent of São Francisco of Évora, by which public faith is granted to all exemplifications, as long as they are authenticated, taken from the tombo of chapels, entails and wills of that convent.

Grace warrant of administration on behalf of Pedro Álvares Cabral de Lacerda allowing him to administrate in three more lives the chapel founded by Diogo Pires and in the chapel founded by Gaspar Barreto. He has already received the entail that was administrated by the late bailio freire Pedro Barreto Banqua, who also administrated these two chapels. All these three entails have different institutors.

Petition presented by José Barreto Valdevinos de Vasconcelos asking for the exemplification of the will of Diogo Pires, existing on the tombo of the monastery of São Francisco of Évora.

Will

Will by which Diogo Pires ordered to be buried in the Monastery of São Francisco de Évora. He established an entail, incorporating one moio and half of cereal taken from his "herdade da Bodoeira" and "herdade da Bala" in order to fulfil the pious obligations in that monastery. He designated his daughter Catarina Dias to be its first administrator, and her husband João Moxinho should succeed her. After his death, it should succeed the institutor's grandson.

Will chart by which Gaspar Barreto Cabral wanted to be buried in the monastery of São Francisco de Évora. He incorporated into this entail a "moio" of cereal from the "herdade da Bodoeira" and "herdade da Bala", in the parish of São Brás de Regedouro. He designated his grandson Gaspar Barreto to be its first administrator, who should be succeed by his eldest son. The institutor was the administrator of the chapel founded by Diogo Pires, designating his grandson Gaspar Barreto to be its administrator. The institutor was also the administrator of the chapel founded by Maria Afonso, with the obligation to order the celebration of masses in the Cathedral of Évora, designating his grandson to be its successor.
