Will chart by which Fernando Eanes and his wife Helena Dias founded a chapel in the church of Misericórdia of Angra. Manuel Fernandes and Bartolomeu Fernandes, their sons, were due to order the celebration of masses and, in their absence, these charges should rely on their other sons Fernando and Sebastião. After their death, it should succeed their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
