Declaration deed

Declaration deed by which Jerónimo Luís, Moço da Câmara do Rei, and Leonor de Azevedo, his wife, declare that they had received houses in Lisboa following the partition of Beatriz Fernandes de Melim's patrimony. They decide that its revenues should support the celebration of annual masses for her soul in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, which she had established in her will.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Diogo da Silva allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Beatriz Fernandes de Melim, after denouncing it vacant and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Will chart by which Beatriz Fernandes de Melim leaves all her assets, after completing the legacies, to Jerónimo Luís and Leonor de Azevedo, his wife, who were appointed as her universal heirs. She entails those assets to her chapel, with the obligation of fulfilling pious charges, celebrated in that convent. She demands to be buried in the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, in the grave where already lied her son, Sebastião de Melim. She establishes that two exemplifications of her will chart were going to be kept in the referred convent and in the Hospital of Todos os Santos.
