Motion

Motion by which the Provedor das Capelas declared that Duarte Lopes was the administrator of Duarte Pires Solis' chapel in the Monastery of Trindade, Lisboa. This entail was composed of four "casais" in the outskirts of Santarém, and because its administrator was absent in Brasil, he established a motion of the rents of these proprieties.

Will chart by which Duarte Pires wanted to be buried in the Monastery of Santíssima Trindade de Lisboa. He incorporated into his entail the third part of his assets, designating his eldest son Simão Pires Solis and his heirs to be its administrators.
