Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of António do Couto de Castelo Branco allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of three chapels in Lisbon, founded by Luís de Andrade, in the church of São Nicolau; by Afonso Fialho, in the monastery of São Francisco and by Catarina Eanes and Simão Nunes, in the monastery of São Domingos, after denouncing its vacancy and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Will chart of Luís de Andrade, in which a chapel is established in the church of São Nicolau de Lisboa, where he is ordered to be buried. He links certain real estate to fulfill the charges, which must be fulfilled in the churches of São Nicolau de Lisboa and Nossa Senhora do Castelo de Almada. He appoints Genebra de Andrade, his sister, as first administrator, and António de Castro, his nephew, as the second administrator, after the death of the former. This entail is composed of houses in Lisboa.
