Will chart by which Rodrigo Fernandes and his wife Violante Fernandes established three chapels, two in the church of the convent of São Francisco of Angra (on the altars of Nossa Senhora da Graça and of Jesus) and another one in the Cathedral of Angra (on the altar of Nossa Senhora do Rosário), entailing assets to fulfill the pious obligations. They designated Catarina Fernandes to be its first administrator and, after her death, her daughters or a son who wanted to be a cleric.
It contains the note that it was opened on 1582-02-19, on the death of Violante Fernandes.
