Codicil of André Fernandes, o Carvoeiro, by which he established a chapel, incorporating 48 bushels of cereal in the "herdade da Lama", on the outskirts of Lavre, in order to fulfil the pious obligations. He designated his uncle António Dias to be its first administrator and his children and grandchildren should succeed him. The pious charges should be celebrated in the church where he would be buried.
