João da Talha, in order to help her to get married, with the obligation to order the celebration of an annual mass for the souls of the institutor's ancestors. She also established a chapel, incorporating a "casal" in São Tiago dos Velhos and a "casal" in Murteira, parish of São Mamede, on the outskirts of Torres Vedras, to fulfill the charges celebrated in the monastery of São Francisco of Lisbon. She designated Simão de Gouveia, cónego, to be its first administrator and gave him the responsibility of nominating a successor for this entail. She founded another entail, incorporating a farm in Bulhão, in Alvalade o Grande, and two houses in Rua do Saco, in Lisboa. She designated her niece D. Antónia to be its first administrator, and her sons and descendants should succeed her.
