Court sentence concerning the legal action taken by the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa against Lourenço Figueira, administrator of Isabel Coelho's chapel, by which the judge condemned the latter to give up the houses located in that city, which belonged to the entail.

Will chart by which Isabel Coelho establishes a chapel in the convent of São Domingos of Lisboa, entailing to it all her assets. She declares that she was appointed by her mother to administer a chapel instituted by her in the church of Santa Justa of Lisboa, to which she entails a public debt instrument of 93 100 réis in Casa da Índia. She appoints Frei António Coelho, her brother, to be the first administrator of both of the entails, who should be succeeded by Frei Nicolau Coelho, her nephew. The latter was obligated to appoint the next administrator of the two entails, on the condition that it had to be a nephew or niece of Isabel. She chooses to be buried in the church of São Domingos of Lisboa, inside the grave where lied her husband, Nuno Velho de Macedo.

Will (extract) by which Nuno Velho, Isabel Coelho's husband, declares that he and his wife decided that after one of them dies, the other should administer their assets and use its revenues to support the celebration of perpetual masses for their souls in the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. While that is not arranged, Nuno demands that annual masses should be celebrated for his soul and that of Violante Serrão.
