Certificate issued by priest António do Souto, Prioste of the church of São Tomé of Lisbon, stating that the oficiais of the Confraternity of the Santíssimo Nome de Jesus of São Tomé fulfilled the charges to which they were obliged by the will of Francisco Rodrigues and Branca Lopes, his wife.
It follows an acknowledgment record, dated 1643-04-14.

Will chart by which Francisco Rodrigues and his wife Branca Lopes wanted to be buried in the Monastery of São Francisco de Xabregas, in Lisboa. They incorporated some houses located in Lisboa, in order to fulfil the pious obligations in the altar of the brotherhood of Nome de Jesus de São Tomé. They designated Francisco Fernandes to be its first administrator, who should be succeed by his heirs.
